How old can the car be?

Up to ten years from first registration, and the limit applies to every class. The check is continuous: a car that passes ten years stops receiving offers from that day, without anyone having to act.

Do I have to submit documents more than once?

Only when one expires. Documents are checked once when you join, and after that you replace a file when its own validity runs out — insurance and the safety inspection being the usual ones.

What you need to start.

A licensed car with a driver, insurance and an inspection that are in date, and someone behind the wheel a guest is glad to meet. Everything below is checked once, before your first offer.

The vehicle

A licensed chauffeured car — ΕΙΧ with driver: The licence stays yours and the ride is performed under it. One car is enough to start.
No more than 10 years old: Counted from first registration, and it applies to every class — not only the premium ones. Worth checking before you buy a car for this work.
Valid insurance for carrying passengers: Cover appropriate to chauffeured passenger transport, in force for the whole time the car is working.
A current safety inspection: In date at the time you register, and replaced when it expires.
Clean, non-smoking, well presented: Guests are business travellers and hotel guests, and they notice. This is the part no document can prove.

The people driving it

Professional chauffeurs who speak English well enough to look after an arriving guest, dressed for the car they are driving. You can register drivers one by one and decide which of them may take which work.

The ride is yours, performed under your licence and your insurance, and the passenger is told who is carrying them.

What happens after you register

You upload the vehicle licence, the insurance, the safety inspection and the registration document once. Each is checked, and a car whose documents are complete starts receiving offers that match its class and its region.

After that you only touch a document when it expires. Nothing has to be re-submitted because time has passed.
