The answers below are the terms themselves, not a summary of them — the same words as in the agreement you will sign.
How soon can you start?
You upload your documents once and we review them in days. There is no waiting list, no interview and no joining fee. Offers start reaching you as soon as the review is done.
What happens if you decline an offer?
Nothing. Declining costs you nothing, changes no score, and does not reduce how many offers you receive afterwards. You go online when it suits you and take the work that fits your week.
Can you give a ride back?
Yes. Free of charge if you hand it back at least 48 hours before pickup — it returns to the marketplace and the guest is unaffected. Inside 48 hours a fee applies on your own net for that ride: 20% at 48 hours, 40% at 12, 70% at 2, 100% at 1. A flight delay of more than an hour on an airport ride is always a safe exception, and giving a ride back never affects your reliability score.
Can you run two rides back-to-back?
Yes. A second ride is not blocked while the first is still running — if you are dropping a guest near your next pickup, take both. You judge the timing, because you know your roads. One standard holds either way: every guest steps into a clean car.

Nothing is deducted from it. You are shown a net amount before you accept, and a completed ride pays exactly that — no commission is taken off afterwards. The only lines that can ever reduce a statement are the give-back and no-show fees, and each appears by name.

Driver FAQ
How much do I earn per ride?
Every offer shows one exact, all-in amount for that ride. Accept it, complete the ride, and that is exactly what you are paid — nothing is deducted afterwards, and tips are 100% yours.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, straight to your bank account. Tax-compliant invoices are generated for you automatically — no paperwork to chase.
Do I have to accept every offer?
No. Go online when you want and accept only the rides that fit your schedule and location. There are no penalties for taking time off.
What if I accept a ride and it no longer fits my schedule?
Hand it back to the marketplace, penalty-free, as long as you give at least two days’ notice before pickup — another fleet picks it up and the guest is never affected. Plan your week ahead and give back what doesn’t fit; we’d rather you ran an efficient schedule than drove across town empty just to avoid a fine.
What do I need to join?
A licensed chauffeured vehicle (EIX with driver) — one car or a whole fleet — valid insurance and a current safety inspection, and professional drivers. You pass our checks once and keep your verified badge.
Can I manage my own drivers?
Yes. Accept on behalf of your company and assign each ride to the right driver — vehicles, documents and finance all live in one console.
Is my business protected?
Absolutely. You keep running your own business — we simply bring you an extra stream of premium, well-paid demand.
