For carriers
The amount you accept is the amount you are paid.
Every offer arrives with one exact figure on it. Accept the ride, complete it, and that figure is what reaches your account — nothing is taken out of it afterwards.
You see the figure before you decide
The payout is on the offer itself, next to the route and the time. You are not accepting a percentage of something to be calculated later, and you are not finding out what the ride was worth after you have driven it.
That figure is fixed at the moment you accept. It does not move because the guest paid with a different card, because the traffic was heavy, or because the ride turned out to be longer than the map suggested.
What the figure already includes
It is the whole fare for that ride: the drive itself, the waiting time built into an airport pickup, and the meet-and-greet where the booking includes one. There is no second, smaller number that arrives later.
VAT is not folded into individual rides. It is worked out once a month across everything you completed and settled with your statement, which is why the offer shows your rate and not a figure you have to unpick.
Tips are yours, in full
A guest who tips is tipping the chauffeur, so the tip is added to your payout without any deduction. The card charge on it is ours to carry, not yours.
How the money actually arrives
Once a month. At the start of the month your statement lists every ride you completed, what each one paid, and the total going out. The payout is made to the bank account registered to your company.
Before the first payout we confirm that the account is really yours by sending a small test deposit and asking you to tell us what arrived. It is a one-off step, and it is there so that money cannot be routed to a mistyped IBAN.
The paperwork is not yours
You issue nothing to the passenger. The guest receipt is ours to produce, and your own invoices are raised for you each month rather than written by you or your accountant.
What it costs to be here
There is no joining fee and no subscription. The one charge that exists is for handing back a ride you had already accepted, and only when it is close enough to the pickup that another carrier has little time to take it on.
Give a ride back 48 hours or more before the pickup and there is no charge at all. Closer than that, a share of that ride's payout applies:
| Handed back | Charge |
|---|---|
| under 48 hours | 20% |
| under 12 hours | 40% |
| under 2 hours | 70% |
| under 1 hour | 100% |
The intention is not to punish a change of plan — it is that a guest with a booked car must still have one. Plan your week and give back early what does not fit; we would far rather you ran an efficient schedule than drove across the city empty to avoid a charge.
Questions carriers ask about pay
- Can the amount change after I accept a ride?
- No. The figure on the offer is the figure you are paid for completing that ride. Nothing is deducted from it afterwards — no platform fee, no card charge, no adjustment once the ride is done.
- When does the money reach my bank account?
- Once a month. At the start of each month you receive a statement covering the rides you completed, and the payout goes to the account registered to your company.
- Do I have to issue invoices to passengers?
- No. You issue nothing to the passenger — we handle the guest receipt. Your own invoices and VAT are prepared automatically each month and appear in your console.
- Who keeps the tips?
- You do, in full. A tip left by a guest is added to your payout untouched — the card charge on it is ours, not yours.
- What does it cost to be on the platform?
- Nothing. There is no joining fee and no subscription. You are paid for the rides you complete, and you are charged only if you hand back a ride you already accepted close to its pickup time.
